That is the tell to survivorship here. However they will not release that there is no news. Red tape is harder to cut when governments are in shutdown. Waiting for governments has been the demise of this beauty.
1 year of BS with HC really hurt early.
now an already additional 6 months with Germany dragging its heels is really hurting EVE.

If we don't get through by the end of May i bet we see a further raise. (unless they can access some of the COVID $$ from the banks.) Likely similar to SugR's - keep some powder in the keg.
