Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

So you plan to pay 15% capital gains taxes (in US - I assume whatever jurisdiction in which you reside will also have a tax on associated capital gains), and hope to get back in at a price that offsets the tax penalty?  At 15%, and assuming you have a cost basis of $0, you will need Great Bear to drop to $7.86 just to break even.  I'm curious what you have planned to offset this scenario.
