So there was an abrupt cancellation of LOI with stero, which is when their news releases stopped mentioned gvhd in the articles or in the 'about kalytera Therapeutics' section of the articles. On the main page for kaly on tmxmoney, under 'description', it no longer mentions gvhd. The release from april 13th mentions talks with companies to 'expand and diversify operations' which could mean they're selling the rights to their gvhd program and using those funds to pay debts and fund all of their other programs. This would be much better than acquiring stero and could give shareholders some returns quickly.
