What I can say Is this story is very new to me...with that said, I have torn this thing apart backwards and forwards...
Their core business, soft tissues, the earnings are increasing in a growing sector.
The Co. has just placed a $6 Million "at will credit facility" into place, so there are no immediate issues with funding shortages. The credit facility from what I have read seems very friendly and flexible in a time where such a financing could easily have buried the upside on this company, someone inside the LBL needs a huge pat on the back when and if the science moves this beyond their existing products.
The share structure isn't tight, but it isn't beyond control either...the past month had some very large volumes which appears to be slowly moving the base cost higher and into new hands with vision and progress in the works.
While very limited my contact with company has been as others have described, so far true, there fortunately have been no leaks, but the tone is very professional and confident to go thru the entire process to benefit all shareholders equally, all one can ask for IMO.
3 Million options, originally at 7.5 cts, and then pushed to 9 cents...once again fair to the shareholders, more inline with the rules of options, and also showing confidence in increasing the price.
Many similar stem cell trial outcomes/links have been posted over the past several days, with pretty much everyone benefitting/aiding recovery of COVID participants/patients...so far other than previous antiviral medications nothing that I'm aware of has made much progress on the virus....LBL, as small as it is on paper as of this moment walks shoulder to shoulder with other trials in the stem cell process...anyhow time will tell.
Meanwhile the shares/mkt cap of LBL is a fraction of others that have put forth their early stage benefits/results for patients.
While I can not say what is the correct exposure for each person here, I will say based on my comments above, today I have chosen to greatly increase my position in LBL. Please trade wisely, do your DD.
Cheers,Magnum
