Acquisitionsthe acquisition pipeline/negotiations/closings have not ceased during all of this - the company will very likely close on multiple purchases once we see US states re-open and GI ASCs ramp back up to full operations.

there was no sense closing on deals and paying money to GIs when ASCs were shutting down. think about it - CRH would have been essentially paying for an asset that is non-operational.

looking forward to seeing Q1 results to get a better handle where Revenue per Case is trending. reimbursement headwinds and uncertainty around uncontracted volume is the only thing holding this stock back in my opinion....
