Can Somebody Please...

Can Somebody Please...tell me what I'm supposed to do with my shares? If I do nothing will they just cash me out at 16 cents once they go public? Or do I stand to lose everything if I don't sell now? I'm not sure why this Ponzi POS is even still trading. Is there a chance someone would pay more than $ 0.16? Appreciate any explanation/advice. Thanks.
