T.D, Webrocker

Can someone help me, I have a T.D. Web-brocker account, and all over sudden they changed , and eliminated the Watch List. Now I can't access it. Called them, and they tried , but could not do anything for me. So now I,m stuck, I'm older, and can not understand, bad link, private browser, cookies, set a new link, clear catch & cookies etc. So , if someone could help, I would be very grateful.
