QTRH wins infringement claim. Jury awards $145mil.
Apple doesn't argue the guilty verdict, but wants to dispute the Jury award
Judge throws out jury award and gives Apple a redo on damages award.
QTRH wins again. This time for $85mil.
Apple still doesn't like it and wants yet another redo.
Judge, ....... waiting for his next move

Can someone tell me why they even bother having people waste their time sitting on a jury if Apple and the judge get to overide everything they decide. This seems pretty absurd.
