Best guess on Strategic partner announcement?

Despite having everything a strategic partner could want with this play, I do not think you will see an anouncement on this until the fall.  Trying to get VC in this climate?  I feel for these guys/gals and the challenge facing them - even with the extreme positive PEA.

I really do not see this as a Vanadium stock and I am not sure why anybody would (other than the unfortunate name).  Iron is the play here with some extra Vanadium credits possbie.  And considering China and the US will likely be continuing to throw money at this temp crisis, a good portion of that (especially in China) will go into infrastructure spending and need iron.  Most in this stock seem patient for waiting for this turn to happen which is nice to see.  Share trading volume has been really weak here and a solid bottom has been established IMO.

Anybody else stuck working at home during the pandemic have any guesses on when we see a strategic partner?
