Hey Vette, you need to realize the world has been flipped on its head. The world now is not the same world before the virus. It will go away one day, and people will no longer live in fear....but what happens to real estate values, dividends, and all that, depends on our governments and how long they keep this dystopia lockdown lifestyle in tact.
