RE:From 2019 Annual:Birdisthewords- You may be right about the fraud but on the professional fees, they did have consultants that they let go toward the end of last year. I don't know anything more than that except that between the reverse merger and all the other thing they had to do last year, to build a new company, they must have spent a good chunk of money paying people to help them get everything done, including temporary staff, a staffing outfit, banks, consultants, international projects, ect, all for the better part of a year. I'm not saying that it's 15 million worth but it's something. $25 million on General Administrative will need to be explained, I agree. If it's because they paid themselves well, I'd have to see the numbers. I don't generally have a problem with corporate execs paying themselves well if they deliver. But then again, what the hell do I know. Just ask maddog.
