Yeah the importer needs an irradiation license for each type of cannabis they will be importing. I think in this case they are exporting 3 different types. Then after they get that license they can apply for the import license from Germany. Then once the Germany company gets the import license, Eve can then apply for the export license which is done by health Canada . The wait here will be on the irradiation license
