Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

RE:RE:RE:Notification?

RE:RE:RE:Notification? That's why I think Spinco can still be bought today because it's attached to Old GBR and I also think that todays release may have been better utilized tomorrow when we go ex Spinco.
What a monumental screw up, this is why I think I should be running the Co., hell we'd be in production by now ! LOL !

diabase1 wrote: I agree Goaweigh. Very confusing. If the Spinco was a subsidiary of the old GBR and with the new GBR trading, who owns or controls the Spinco?? Starting tomorrow, there shouldn't be any connection between the two. At least that's the way I see it.
