Just to confirm your previous post. KEITH has confirmed to you that the JV with MH has been amended and the APP tech is no longer exclusive for five years?  

We had great discussions regarding this concern.  The last PR was left lose for interpretation and did not specify wether THC beverage deals were now open for alternative partnerships or if they were seeking new partnerships in regard to non THC bevs. This info is of great value. Are you able to pls elaborate?
