Form 7 (Progress Report) timing

Form 7 (Progress Report) timing

CSE Form 7 (Monthly Progress Report) usually gets filed by 5th or 6th of the month - I'm not sure if there is a standard due date.  Management is obligated to report any material news via Form 7 and also encouraged to release through more user-friendly channels.   Could be what Keith is referring to with his timing reply to SoCal.

Looking forward to getting some clarity with the goings-on of our investment.
