Ouch. Good post Afiens. I don't want them to fail.  I'm not rooting against them but I must admit it's easy to get angry, they have sunk my money and they seem lost. Your post reminded me that the issuance of shares and all that money invested was just A short while ago in October 2018. Crash and burn.


They have a good story and they look so professional I thought they knew what they were doing. Delaying the annual report is really a Bad sign. I wouldn't be surprised to see a "going concern" warning  by their auditors. 


By the way, when David Hyde was at Cadillac Fairview he made some very bizarre decisions and ended up screwing himself.
