They have a good story and they look so professional I thought they knew what they were doing. Delaying the annual report is really a Bad sign. I wouldn't be surprised to see a "going concern" warning by their auditors.

By the way, when David Hyde was at Cadillac Fairview he made some very bizarre decisions and ended up screwing himself.
