Great Bear and GoldGreat Bear has been on an absolute tear, in this gold market rolling over and more and more mainstream investors come into this sector… great bear will be on the only appealing exploration plays due to the crazy high-grade drill holes… 15 this year?
Also, on a other note…
I am not pumping; I am just laying out facts when I say I truly believe the next Great Bear on a performance basis these next few months/years is the worlds newest gold producer, Steppe Gold. Why?
1) The company is days away from first gold sales at its ATO gold mine with cash costs being under $550/ounce. The company has commenced production and already has 24,000 ounces of leachable gold on Cell1, which equates to US $38M of recoverable gold at a gold price of $1,600 per ounce. (
see news release)
2) The company has a phase 2 plan in place that will transition the company from being a 60,000 producer to a 150,000+ producer in 3-4 years.
3) There are new resource upgrades that will be announced on its deposits. One primary one that has many investors excited is the Mungu deposit, which has displayed bonanza grades in early exploration work. (
See Corporate Deck)
4) The company will be drilling its UK asset this summer. The property is located between and adjoining the Bayan Khundii gold discovery and Altan Nar epithermal gold deposits explored by Erdene Resource Development Corporation… the market has not even recognized its UK property potential. Erdene Resource market cap = 45 million
5) The company will self-fund its growth in the years to come due to major free cash flow at present gold prices. In fact, Most junior producers trade in a range of 3-7X expected cash flow, STGO is trading at 1X the expected 2020 Cash Flow…
The companies market cap is just a bit over 65 million, and for a company that will be highly profitable (60,000 ounces at under $550 cash costs) this year alongside the new resource estimates and drilling on all its projects, the company could easily rerate to 350 – 500 million by the end of the year.
Cheers.
