You all lack vision, patience and intelligence. Your spelling and grammar are horrendous too.

I have to ask... in your mind is name calling a sign of high intelligence?

Given that the only source of money for this sort of company is Private Placements, and Private Placements are by definition dilutive, anyone who investts here understands that dilution is coming.  It is managements job to do those PPs in the most effective way possible.  Just because deep pockets want in, and are knocking at the door doesn't mean you have to give away the house.

Fact - The PP was oversubscribed (rumour has it by 6x), and sold out in minutes, even with an upsizing.  Conclusion - the terms of the PP were unnecessarily generous to the participants. Management screwed up.  Understanding that doesn't make one a "newb" or an "idiot".  Not understanding it might.  And pointing it out is not whining.

The previous management was much more adept at raising funds with a minimum of dilution.  The current management is no doubt being congratulated on how smart they are by the very deep-pockets who were allowed to take advantage of this sweet deal.
