Primary Symbol: XOP

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index derived from the oil and gas exploration and production segment of a U. In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the oil and gas exploration and production segment of the S&P Total Market Index (S&P TMI).

RE:I will wait untill after the court case....Not sure where your intel comes from but none of what you just posted is true other than the Covid 19 problem. Make no mistake, pandemic or no pandemic, once the world starts to come back online they will need oil. Brent oil as of late starting to show signs of life again up more than 20%. And the term of this project doesn't really have me worried about current oil prices. Term projects are never base on today's price anyway.  As I said before the law suit doesn't hold the project up, just more BS. The split was already voted on 25:1 but only after the project is producing and more green financials. As for the Oilexco ordeal, do we have to go thru that again for the thousandth time. NOT HIS FAULT. Do some homework before you shoot your mouth off. Make no mistake this project will go ahead, just need to see what level of success he has
