Actually, MSFT or Ubisoft for example could buy D-BOX, and sell the cinema piece to 4DX they would get more than the 6 millions for it.

But for this, 4DX will need to be sure 100% there will still be some movie theatres in the new normal.

D-BOX, has also some tax deductions to offer that are more than the 6 milmarket cap.

CEO of D-BOX should call Ubisoft and try to settle a deal.
