My comments on your posting:

PP small hiccup     You nailed it.
Additional  bargaining leverage with potential acquiror.  Agreed
Share dilution of 10%     Agreed   
More important is what do they do with $30 million
Can't just look at one side of equation .  For every debit there is a credit. My percentage of ownership went down but value of company went up.
Warrants     Yeah would have been nice no warrants but won't lose any sleep. $1.90 provides more cash
Uncertainty in current environment makes  dilution risk worth taking.  Agreed.  if somebody offers you the money in these times take it.  My experieince as well.

Wasn't expecting PP but I am ok with it.  Probably a wise move in the scheme of things.  You can debate the price of $1.50 but this issuance was initiated 2-3  weeks earlier before the price was $1.68.
