Agreed. And Carlo has said so. It's full steam ahead for City Fibre/LTE. BT's mad rush to expand development (at the expense of the dividend) only highlights the need for this infrastructure, and the big telecoms need to lock in future revenue.

In the case of LTE as a public company, it reduces the risk as an investment.
