TORC Oil & Gas Ltd. VREYD

TORC Oil & Gas Ltd engages in the exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas reserves in the southeast Saskatchewan area. Crude oil constitutes an overwhelming majority of the production mix the company gathers from its assets. TORC gains access to its assets through government issued royalties and uses various techniques to identify hydrocarbon reservoirs. The company focuses heavily on light oil resource plays and relies on a three-phased strategy of resource capture, delineation, and production growth.

RE:RE:RE:poise always disappears when the share price slidesFund managers love to toss out dividend paying funds as an amazing vehicle to make reasonably good returns... It's a catch really and what has happenned in this sector has made it plain as day.. I always say that's so great giving me a dividend until the stock no longer can pay the dividend it once did... i wonder sometimes if the dividend doesn't lol us into sleep.. thinking I'm in such great shape taking in 7% until i have no dividend and lose my equity.. that hurts.. So being the skeptic i am, I park in GIC's for 60% of my Portfolio .. yup Gics of all things and trade like a bandit with high risk so the day I wake up to a major crash im not wiped out and can live with the stress...

Hold of 1.03 will still keep this in tact.... fail 97 and likely back to 86/87 all in due course.. 1.03 hold and could rebuild and take 1.23 out rd3..
