You mean got the spinco onto the account? If that is the question so yes, as per yesterday. EU. All of them. 

Been poking around a bit, and I have yet to hear from anyone within the EU that has not gotten their spincos by now - but I only know a few that own GBR so do not take my works for gospel. Could be delays that I know nothing about.
