Liminal won't get involved here - we will hear an update on BLA re-submit on estimated release of May 19th during Q1 results. If not submitted by that time, they will have about 25 business days to meet their commitment to resubmit. Does covid postpone anything? I doubt it on their side. That would be weak. They have given themselves a lot of time (over 2 years) so it would be ridiculous to have further delays. Placebo Clinical trials are another promise that they have not fulfilled in at least 3/4 years
