Thomas, you are a genius. Very smart move.

To understand this. You paid $27,185,009 for a three month old company (?), that was the creation of David Hyde, Neil Weaver and most importantly, Craig Campbell (thus the name Total...), including paying....$14,320,000 for a customer list and Goodwill of another $10,093,703.

$24,413,703...twenty-four million dollars based on one guys reputation (David Hyde), and you fired him because the only voice you listen to is your own?

Not only fired him. But at this point, you don't even have a consulting division!! Not a single employee that is considered to be knowledgeable in that verticle!!

Yes. Wise decision....you should definately be congratulated. Rare that someone could completely mess up an acquistion so quickly....and so completely totally!! Well done!
