RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:3 Sixty Apparently, no way to edit once posted.  Interesting.

To be clear, I do not know first hand what is the status of David Hyde's relationship is with this company or what may have transpired or what may have led to his departure and restart of a competing business.

The fact remains though that should Hyde have departed the company, provisions should have been in place for the acquisition to survive beyond 6 months.   It didn't.
