Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:Comments Regarding Aphria Sheds Staff Amid Strategic ShiftIs Aphria going to dilute again next Q so this mystery investor can scoop up a bigger % of the company after doing so the last two Quarters? They should tell us who the investor is, this is ridiculous. With the SP it's one step forward, 3 steps back. Wouldn't be surprised if this investor has plans to take this private or a cheap buyout.

PART 1) We are on course to becoming a large CPG company.
PART 2) Aphria is profitable and EBITDA postitive but I will make her leaner and even meaner!

As for today, we paid 96M in share capital to get rid of 127.5 million in debt plus 20 plus million in interest savings.

The balance sheet will be cleaner but it still hurts short term... :(

Long term, I like this move.
