RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:BBd should be proactive in strategic alternatives & more...145, Ive seen a few of these prepacks in the oil patch, they don't care and get away with it. Latest one was PGF - they did a prepackaged deal at 5 cents a share when the shares were trading for 20 cents moments earlier!!! All the debt was restructured too, they were in negotiations for months with creditors, investors thought they would do well after the debt was restructured, turns out they got steamrolled, Oh Canada!!!
