Yeah, the device devision should have been sold off ages ago and the focus should have been entirely on their cancer division. It has been nothing but waste for all these years!

How TLT brands themselves is also just dumb honestly. Look at their site:
https://theralase.com/

Cancer is mentioned twice on the home page, everything else is about their lasers and main parts of the page mention nothing but their laser devices - no real mention of their cancer devision, no mention of their successes or the current trials.

While the research team is great, management sure isn't. Either way, they now have more than enough cash to fully fund the trial. I swear if they dilliute again management should be fired.

That is interesting regarding the website.  If the cancer technology legally can be mentioned on the site then it should be good to go front page with it.  I wonder why they are not doing that?  Good point.

If you pull up the homepage you will notice in the bottom right corner a box that says "Live Chat" -- why do you not go into the live chat and ask the question directly and tell them what you think is the problem with the home page (and anything else that comes to mind).

Of course in these days of Covid-19 the "Live Chat" forum is likely not being manned -- as with most everything else.

I have tried that in the past pre carona and never received a response. Useless IMO.  Even wanted to look into purchasing lasers for my business and the email chain to the chiropractor doc in charge from the subordinates said I didn't know what I was talking about. PS.  I know a chitload about pain and lasers.  They need to get their azzes in gear or just concentrate on cancer. Actually they just need to concentrate on cancer.  Chronic pain is a big ole rabbit hole. Cancer has an endpoint.

Well said Hank...I agree that continuing to pursue cold laser as a significant rev stream is an ultimate waste of time...as if TLT hasn't learned its lesson these past two decades.  We are an immediate gratification/all-or-nothing driven society = preference for inexpensive, user-friendly solutions for immediate relief of pain (mental or physical) = something more familiar & tangible = popping a pill, smoking a joint, or same-day surgery.

TLT's cold laser division has been at the bottom of this deep rabbit hole for much too long imo... Chronic pain & one's response to cold laser therapy can be extremely variable/nebulous entities with no clear definition or endpoint...unlike our cancer PDT.  Good luck...

Providers' fear of not getting properly reimbursed for its use make this technology an unrealistic driver of revs for the indefinite future...even though it has its individual benefits.  A successful company has to be agile & knows when to move away from an underperforming product/business model...TLT is still learning.

Hey hemp.

All Imo:

The thing that is interesting about Theralase is that they have a treatment that doesn't rely on "subjective " assessment.  Chronic Pain can be an effective revenue generator if one can get someone else to pay for it. ie Medicare.   However this will only go in for so long and as for now they have not bought into laser.  Unfortunate because it does help.  But when it comes to cancer where you can visualize a decrease or elimination of tumor size then you have a winner.  So much of "medicine" is based on how people "feel."   Yet much of it is not reimbursed very well if at all. Objective evidence is a big benefit.  Show me a tumor that is treated and decreased in size and has minimal side effects and you have a winner.  If this treatment works then it will change medicine imo.
