Enough of the negative surprises

Fourth quarter of 2019 we get a 1.4 million profit hit for sloppy accounting and a 600 thousand dollar hit for a claim in the UK. No indication that the claim was covered by insurance.
This quarter a $1.2 million lease inducment payment. Enough, I always wonder why the surprises never seem to be positive. IBI would be way out in front if we didn't have these adjustments.
