RE:Sucessful catl failed in quebec .why?because NAL is a low value project with a non-optimal spodumene deposit , CATL change nothing to that. Read Soyona paper, for them only make only sense if combines with high quality Authier deposit, otherwise they claim "as a standalone project we will be fourth potential operator to fail".

Question, why Investment Quebec is unable to perform smart due diligence before wasting public money in this failure ?
