RE:RE:RE:RE:Real friendly coNot just 12% loans but there's an $1 million dollar loan at 18% to Wilmot Matthews... the guy who's holding about 5% of the EHT shares.

And although his percentage keeps dropping with share issues, and the warrants are never redeemed (at their never in a million years price), 18% on a mil's not bad,

David Woolford's got 6.6% of shares outstanding, Wilmot Matthews has 5.0%, and Generation PMCA Corp. has 4.7%, and the next largest holders are is the regular investor suckers at 75%ish. The other 8% or so is presumably spread around the table.

Plus EHT's wage teet is no doubt a tasty treat around the boardroom.
