It is difficult to predict the future because what you plan will often result into something else and, you where your clients are.
Reliq had decided that there were going to concentratre with onboarding patients in 2019 mainly from Texas. What they noted was that onboarding was slower than anticiapted due to third parties who wanted to go at a slower pace. In the meantime business evolves towards bigger clients whom are interested and want Reliq to establish call center and onboard themselves.
This throws out the business model of onboarding which they had planned in 2019.
Now you are speaking of call center and massive clients.
But you insist you want onboarding numbers. But now clients bring you to a new plan which is varied pricing as you have more services, bulk discounting and fees paid to third parties. Releasing onboarding would not give much information on revenue potential. So decision is made to release projected sales, margins and profits.
But here comes the coronavirus and world shuts down, including electronic stores to buy equipment and, not releasing sales, margins and profits in atrocious business conditions is no longer feasible so decision is made to wait for a full business cycle.
In the meantime, Telemedicine is becoming a huge market with big $$$ so new opportunities are coming up and business model is changing again.
It is like travelling across the ocean, you have to adapt to the weather conditions as water is not stable.
So this lamenting of what they did in the past is of no help to anyone, because business is evolving and continues to do so. What I am betting on is that they will be SUCCESSFUL.
