RE:RE:Insider buying continuesMy guess is Buyout.
Employment Agreements in the latest annual report with big payouts for "change of control".
Contract for Harris (Chairman) was for 2019 but has been extended for 2020.
In my opinion, stock has been held artificially low... easy to manipulate on relatively low volume.
We will see... I continue to nibble.
