Hopefully you get the conference call you deserve and mgmt provides some insight into any of the below, including when the financials come out. In addition to colour on the repriced debentures, I would be questionning and particularly interested in the 100+ user feedback study, the state-certified testing lab, independent 3rd party verification and any connection to Trace.

SoCalcalm wrote: Good morning all and happy Friday.  Keith's promise to all of us that the update he and other's are working on would come less than a week and that email to me was on this last Monday.  Who knows what is going into this long anticipated update, but I've got to believe for a host of reasons and they to know it must come with positive news and with business execution with the Moosehead JV or other JV's that are now deep in discussions and in the mix. Hailmerry your detective work with Dr. Sens comments to you backed up by his own $ 1 million ( putting his money where is mouth is ) aligns.  I wrote an email yesterday to Keith making a suggestion as to the format of the update.  I've been apart of countless business meetings conference calls where you call in and are placed on mute while the organizers of the call go through all what they want to say and then the conf. call shifts to Q&A and the caller's into conference call can ask questions and be able to get anwsers right then and there.  I would love this format for us and and I believe it would go along way in helping Keith demonstrate his transperency and concern for the business and shareholder's.  Sproutly should also have available on the conference call not just Keith, but also Dr. Sen in addition if Moosehead is truly a partner then the CEO of the JV Mr. Oland should also be present on the call.  Let's have all the key players showing unity on the call.  That's my hope, good and positive business steps having been made and a action plan in place along with timeline.  And all players present!!!  We should be hearing here soon.
