Dillution matters only if a company is not executing and raising money with no strategic plan of deploying the capital with growth in mind. Bought deals are always discounted. The whole point of a bought deal is for an institution to get a discount to purchase a big block. It only shows confidence in the company and sector. Even if we see a dip I highly doubt it wont trade right back up.
