Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

it appears it is "go home" time for apha and pharma. Why wouldn't Bayer want apha along with cc Pharma in Germany? You would think they would be all over that. Why doesn't apha have suitors? Except for broken coast and cc pharma every other investment (besides Jamaican BOB lol) has turned out to be failures and diluted the stock from 138 million shares to almost 300 million shares. That's why big pharma hasn't bought in yet

and don't get me wrong. Apha is doing quite well now....but since the huge bad days off Vic.. investors are cautious. And Irwin's raises and dilution, even if needed , don't reflect well.
