well it would be iteresting if any lockup clauses are in these agreements... maybe have to ask.
They will have a 4 month hold, and I'd assume they've done their DD and consider this to be something they want to see be a success so they can make a huge win...
If they do hurt the company then I don't know how they get new business? Seems against their long term interest?
