The Red Springs Property is subject to a 2.5% Net Smelter Property.

Hopefully there is a favorable financing involved. The treasury must be almost bare. Over the past couple of months this must be the worst performing golden triangle company. Many others are up over 50%. Not much fun owning the runt of the litter.
