Timing is weird !!!

Timing is weird !!! Why would Aleafia announce tonight ? Also when did they really get this amendment ? I'm the biggest fan of Aleafia in the world ...I'm very pissed right now because they didn't need this 13 million now ... This stock with amendment would be 1.15 with earnings being good ..
