So lets look at those that should be accountable.
- The broker at Haywood Securities being John Coletta.
- The sponsoring agent being Haywood Securities which has a legal department that would/ should to have approved the deal.
- Anton Drescher was the President of Ravencrest Resources Inc
- Hendrik van Alphen
- Jorge Bonet
- Chris Alvin Bechtel
- Dave Cross
- Bill Robinson
- George Robinson
- Lisa Marie Robinson
- Marc Simpson
- Brian Scott
- Roger Richer
- and our good family friend Mathieu Macdonald 'POS' and coward
As for 'Ethical Business Conduct'..... you tell me??..how does one define that?
I know one thing..I would NEVER, EVER invest a PENNY into any of the companies that these folks are involved in.
And what about thatreport that was issued by Fundamental Research Corp (Siddharth Rajeev and Anthony de Ruijter) back in March of 2018 ??
What does 'CaffeinateBaco' think now....remember folks..this character was the only one, outside of the Directors to show up to the AGM in 2019.
And what about Bruce CAMPBELL's 'Stone Castle Investment Management' - which particpated in the $1.25 Private Placement..For the record, Bruce Campbell shows up on BNN once in a while.
What I find interesting are the posts from 'Kukaman', 'Kurious1' and 'Ashleigh64'. What did they know what seems that the rest of the public did not know??
Make those phone calls and if not, use the various Social Media outlets to shame those that have failed us as 'GATE KEEPERS'.
PS..If the shareholders have a chance - get organized, call Dr. Simerjeet KAUR at McGill University....dont bother wasting your time looking for a lawsuit at RQB (RQB has NO money) because lawyers want to know 'who is going to pay for my time ?!!'
and frankley..getting the exchange involved doesn't help the majority of the shareholders. The majority of the 'small' shareholders are in a weak position until they get organized...Bottoim line folks...you need to act quickly, commuicate with those that participated in the previous Private Placements, and trust each other.
