RE:Approval

The assumption is that we will be approved. My question though is, is everyone approved who submits an application. Have we seen any denied? Last week the FDA mentioned that labs had to have a certain clinical designation, CLIA I believe it was, no where on Medmira or Webb DX websites does it state that they have this designation.
