RE:RE:RE:RE:2nd level Word on the street is that investors pulled out, and it's not as "fair play" as they made it out to be.  Worries of the SEC investigations coming to an end and that they are going to be in trouble moving forward.  We'll find out soon enough though, they've been treading water a long time with cooked books tied to their legs.

What are your thoughts on what aphria did with their debentures recently? 
I thought what they did was excellent and were able to eliminate 127.5 mil in convertible notes at a 25% discount with shares trading at a 31% premium and some cash. 

Killed interest payments, and wasn't overly dilutive
