This stinks of corruption

This stinks of corruption Did they GUY management meet with GCM and Goldx management?  Did they preform proper due diligence as is expected of them to fulfill their fiduciary duties?   I doubt it. 

Is there a go shop period included in the SVM + GUY deal?  Shouldn’t GUY Managment attempt to counter offer?

Just my opinion.
