K92 Mining Inc. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the production of gold, copper and silver at the Kainantu Gold Mine in the Eastern Highlands province of Papua New Guinea, as well as exploration and development of mineral deposits in the immediate vicinity of the mine, including Blue Lake, in Papua New Guinea. The Company holds the mining rights to Mining Lease 150 (ML 150). Within and surrounding ML 150 is an epithermal vein field consisting of multiple known and highly prospective vein systems: Kora, Irumafimpa, Karempe, Judd, Kora South, Judd South, Mati, Maniape and Arakompa. Mining is focused on the Kora vein system, consisting of two dominant veins and the Judd vein system consisting of four known veins with one vein being mined. There are multiple near-mine infrastructure targets, within the Kora-Kora South, Judd-Judd South and Karempe vein systems.

Unacceptable risk factor....

Unacceptable risk factor....I don't care what they say, owning stock in any company in any 3d world dump is an unacceptable risk factor. More so with a miner which has enough baked in risks already.  As the global depression unfolds the situation in PNG will only worsen. They will grab what they can and change whatever laws required to accomplish this.  Even under the best case there will always be a cloud hanging over K-92 as this risk will never diminish and only increase as poverty grows all around it.  Look at AOT if you want a low risk miner...at $2000 gold the IRR is 100% and it's in mining friendly B.C.  Skeena, Pure Gold, Marathon....all superior projects without an axe hanging over their necks such as all mines in PNG have.  That's all I'll say...I sold my shares, just a friendly warning to those still clinging to hope
