Lets say they have a billion of available cash bit even then...I'd be curious to see if they have any surprise liabilities on their subsidiaries books... Between Current assets and current liabilities they have about 400$M to play with. If they start burning through the revolver it will be very bad. Selling the 407 is generating a lot of money, it'd be a bad idea to unload it. If they do I'd be selling my shares right away. They need to sell the resource and metal division for whatever money they can get and execute their remaining LSTK LRT's without bleeding cash. They also need to get their BBB rating back, I think it still sits at BB+

Sell the rest of 407, sell another division and then you will see the unlocked value when the company is sitting on $5 B in cash and a leaner company.
