The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

It doesn't look like foul play at all. I worked for years at public companies with stock options and every time there was a material announcement, including quarterly and annual reports, insiders options were blacked out for trading.
