New financing and president Sylvain Chretien resigns.Something smells.  Financing is enevitable, but what's interesting are the numbers.  Priced at significant discount, and warrants not priced high enough, is another freebee.  Serious dilution and too many irons in the fire without focus is generally a recipe for country club lifestyle for the corporate execs.  Time to deliver a marketable, monetizable product!
